The Internet Society of Serbia invites all its founding members of the association to attend the annual general assembly.
The annual general assembly of the Internet Society of Serbia will be held on December 11, 2024. starting at 7 p.m. at the office. The meeting will be held in a hybrid format.
Agenda:
1. Welcome by the Chairperson
- Verification of quorum
2. Adoption of the Agenda
- Presentation and approval of the proposed agenda
3. Approval of Minutes from the Previous AGM
- Review and approval of the minutes from the last Annual General Meeting
4. Annual Reports
- Chairperson’s Report: Summary of the year’s activities and achievements
- Treasurer’s Report: Financial performance and status, including approval of financial statements
- Program Reports: Updates from key projects and initiatives
5. Discussion and Approval of Key Items
- Presentation and approval of the upcoming year’s strategy and objectives
- Discussion of any amendments to the NGO’s statutes (if applicable) and Chapter officers
